Steel Workshop

Søby Shipyard's steel construction facility is the largest in the region. We pride ourselves of being able to handle all types of construction jobs - not least emergencies and on-site voyage repair.

Our workshop has a maximum crane capacity of 90 mt. With an extensive in-house burning expertise, we undertake all kinds of steel construction assignments.

Søby Shipyard has access to a vast inventory of steel plate and mild steel as well as a large selection of bar stock. The competent purchasing unit ensures that adequate materials are readily available at short notice.

We have a market-leading stock of steel and metal materials, allowing us to step in and complete any task at very short notice. Søby Shipyard specializes in cost-effective steel repairs, regardless of the size and budget. Our welders are well equipped for both largescale tasks and complex challenges, and they always have a keen eye on the details.
